Apply discounts to existing unpaid orders

Admins can now apply discounts to existing unpaid orders using either a valid coupon or a one-off custom discount (percentage or fixed amount), with coupon rules enforced and optional discount reasons shown on the invoice.

Discounted orders are automatically repriced, unpaid invoices are regenerated with updated PDFs, customers receive the corrected invoice by email, and all changes are audit-logged. Custom discounts replace previous ones, never stack, and totals cannot drop below zero.
